Bu durumu a\u015fman\u0131n tek yolu \u00fcretim yapmak, kendi kendine yeten bir \u00fclke olmaktan ge\u00e7mekteydi.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu \u00e7ok iyi tahlil eden Atat\u00fcrk, Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda say\u0131s\u0131z yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m ile \u00fclkedeki sanayi devrimini ba\u015flatt\u0131. Bu devrimin fitilini ate\u015fleyen en \u00f6nemli kurumlardan birisi de Tekel\u2019in kurulmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk Orman \u00c7iftli\u011finde bulunan <strong>Tekel (Ankara) Bira Fabrikas\u0131<\/strong>, \u00fclkemizdeki artan yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7ki talebine \u00f6nlem olarak kurulan ilk ulusal \u00fcretim tesisidir.<\/p>\n<p>Prof.Dr.Turgut Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu; Ankara Viski \u00dczerine Yap\u0131lan Baz\u0131 Denemeler Ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda; <strong>\u2018\u20192. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonunda; \u00fclkemizde viski t\u00fcketimi art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren h\u00fck\u00fcmet, d\u00f6vizden tasarruf etmek ad\u0131na, viskinin yurti\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bu i\u015f i\u00e7in gerekli denemelerin Tekel Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan hemen ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verir.\u2019\u2019<\/strong> ifadelerini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3083 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/sanswhiskyculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ankara-birasi--203x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"203\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanswhiskyculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ankara-birasi--203x300.png 203w, https:\/\/sanswhiskyculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ankara-birasi-.png 253w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 203px) 100vw, 203px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bunun \u00fczerine T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk ve \u015fimdiye kadarki tek viskisi olan Ankara Viskisinin do\u011fum ser\u00fcveni, bizzat Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019 \u00fcn talimat\u0131yla kurulan Ankara Bira Fabrikas\u0131\u2019 nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Tekel Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong>\u2019 n\u00fcn ald\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 kararla birlikte viskimiz <strong>Ankara Viskisi<\/strong> ad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve daha geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 olarak sat\u0131\u015fa ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l, bak\u0131rlar\u0131 ve gastronomisiyle \u00fcnl\u00fc memleketim Gaziantep\u2019 teki bak\u0131r ustalar\u0131na 1 adet viski dam\u0131tma kazan\u0131 sipari\u015f edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan ve 2 y\u0131l kadar s\u00fcren viski denemelerinden elde edilen mahsullere tekrar d\u00f6necek olursak; mahsuller dinlendirilerek gerekli olgunlu\u011fa ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yabanc\u0131 viskilerle mukayeseli \u00e7e\u015fni muayenelerine<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> tabi tutulmu\u015f ve en az yabanc\u0131 benzerlerinin kalitesinde oldu\u011fu ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar elde edildi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>\u2018\u2019Viski Modernizasyon Ve Kapasite Art\u0131\u015f\u0131 Projesi\u2018\u2019 <\/strong>ile Ankara Viskisi i\u00e7in olumlu bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu projeyle kesintisiz viski alkol\u00fc \u00fcretimi, viski olgunla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ilk meyvesini vermi\u015ftir. <strong>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesi 500.000 Litreye<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca olgunla\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in Fransa\u2019dan her biri <strong>500 Litrelik 1.000 adet viski f\u0131\u00e7\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ithal edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>2004 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeyle viski tesisi Mey Alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7kiler San.Tic.A\u015f.\u2019ye sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Beklenilenin aksine \u015firket k\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra viski \u00fcretimine son vermi\u015ftir. Bunun sebebi maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekten ziyade, pirin\u00e7 kat\u0131lan viskilerin tad\u0131mlarda daha \u00e7ok be\u011fenilmesidir. Sonucunda %5-6 alkol oran\u0131nda ham bira elde edilirdi.
